Initial Consultation
We’ll start with a call to hear what your goals are and chat through the specific needs of your training or event. We’ll make recommendations based on what we know works, and start to pin down the details.
Design Your Experience
We’ll send you a written proposal with various options to suit your team, together with our recommendations and all costs. When you select your offer we’ll send a pro forma invoice so that we can secure your date and confirm your trainer and/or entertainers
The Big Day Arrives
We arrive early with plenty of time to introduce ourselves and set up. We can help set up the space if needed, walk through any tech needs, and touch base with your point person to confirm how the session will run. Whether training or entertaining, we’ll start to engage your group as soon as they enter the space, putting everyone at ease and setting them up for success.
How We Train
For training sessions we start with fun and easy games to help everyone relax, focus, and start to work together. Once we’re warm, we’ll dive into targeted improv exercises to practice skills in a supportive setting, alternating between whole group, small group, 2 person exercises. After each exercise block, we share feedback on how these skills apply in real-world scenarios, wrapping up the session with key takeaways and discuss ongoing practices to hone these skills.
How We Entertain
For shows, presenting services, keynotes, and ice breakers we launch straight into the fun, engaging the audience with energising warm ups to get everybody on board. Once they’re laughing, they’re listening, and our performers and presenters deliver our improv shows, introduce your speakers, or carry the event with charisma, style, and infectious joy. We give context to all our performances, making sure everyone is invested in the material and pumped for what is next.
Following Up
After your BIG Works session we’ll follow up with a shareable PDF for your team to solidify the learning and ensure its lasting impact. We’ll share feedback and talk about next steps, including any follow up sessions.

Prices shown exclude 21% VAT.

The cost of travel outside of Barcelona centre is calculated at 1.50€ + vat per kilometre.
For events outside of Catalunya, all expenses need to be paid in advance and travel/down days are charged at 500€ + vat per person per day.

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your booking. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation of the event will incur the following charges, as percentage of the overall invoice amount.
Cancellation within:
48 hours = 100% due
1 week= 75% due
After having made deposit= 50%
Date changes can be accommodated on a case by case basis and only ever when more than 2 weeks notice is given. Less than 2 weeks before the event requests for date changes will be subject to the cancellation policy.
